Cable size for doorbell transformer

Hi so 1mm t&e for power to transformer can I use cat6 or alarm cable for cable from transformer to video doorbell instead of bell wire ?

CAT5 cable is only rated to 72V DC, 0.6A

I read online so I guess yes

I would be happy with alarm cable. Each core should be good for about 1.4A (7/0.2) but I would probably double up to make use of spare cores
 
I have had an issue with volt drop on alarm cables used for door bells. If you have 8 conductors, double them up - 4&4 that will help.

Agreed. I recently had to fit a Ring doorbell for customer using the old intercom wiring. It would not work properly until I doubled up the cables.
