Cable types

Hi!
Doing 2360 part 2, i found that it will be very useful to have a list of the most common cables used today in domestic and commercial sites and their properties, with recommendation where to use. I did search the internet and as you know there are hundreds of types with different names, which to me as unexperienced electrician is quiet confusing.
I know that this is not an emergency, so if you have something ready or a site and you have the time it will be appreciated.

Good try, I think that on this site they are talking about cables in general.
I could not find details.
