Can another radiator be added to this piping?

Hello, we have a radiator in our living room and would like to add a second. The photo shows the piping going into and coming out of the radiator.

From feeling the order that the pipes heat up I think I’ve figured out the direction of flow which I’ve marked with red arrows.

Would this pipe work be suitable for extending onto a second radiator in the same room?
I’d really appreciate an opinion before I contact any plumbers to do the work.

The other radiator will be about 2m away in the same room on the same wall.
