Can anyone identify this tile on a Barratt home

There is a tile missing from this house I am buying, built in 2003 in West Sussex by Barratt Homes, who can't tell me anything - see botton left of picture. Do any builders out there know if this is a standard tile that I can buy from somewhere?

either a redland plain tile in smooth grey or a marley plain tile.. any sig branch will likely stock
