Can anyone identify what this roof is made from?

Hi, I live in a small block of flats. I’m trying to sort out some contents insurance and I’m unsure what the roof is made of.

I've attached a photo, I know it’s hard to see, the roof is completely flat.

ive asked the property manager but there taking an age to rely so anything thats a reasonable assumption will probably be ok...

Buildings about six years old, two floors (ground and 1st floor), 8 flats, concrete walls. As mentioned, roof flat.
