Hi again.
Having bit of trouble with my shower.
I think cartridge has properly had it - started dripping but now very slack / loose.
I suspect the only thing holding it together is the housing and will probably fall to bits when removed. I would like to be sure I have a cartridge that will fit before I dismantle.

Problem is that I cannot get definite identification of the unit / cartridge.
It's made by Ideal Standard and was the original fit in a Charles Church mid 80s house.
I will replace it soon but just need a repair ( new cartridge ) until I get to tackling a new bathroom.

My question is; can anyone help me identify the Shower unit and give me a steer to the correct replacement cartridge.

Thanks D

Thanks for pointers.
I have tried both plus couple of other parts places.
Trouble is, nobody seems sure.
Been told could be a Trevi, Monoport, Monolux, Monoblend.......
Was hoping the forum would know for sure.

Thanks D

new shower, patch up the tiling for now until you refit the bathroom. hardly wasting money by reusing the replacement shower you fit now. whereas a new cartridge thrown away during refit (if it happens)
