Can brown pvc windows be painted white?

Can I paint my brown pvc windows white? If so is there a specific paint for this?

Yes, bloke next door did it with some spray from E-bay.
He made a mint job of it, impossible to tell they were that dark mahogany colour previous... he then sprayed the brown front door to black

I dont know how paint holds up on plastic windows, I have brown ones and the ones on the South side of my house registered 74°C in the heatwave so black could possibly get a tad higher
