Hi, My water main has a lot of condensation, I am wondering if that drips down to the floor joists it can cause it to rot?

Fit some pipe lagging around the water pipe and try to get it as far down below floor level as possible to help prevent condensation forming.

wood will only rot at a fairly constant wetness around 19% for months on end so unless you have fairly bad staining on the ceiling underneath you should be ok as 19% is really quite wet

What about the woodlice or other insects that like damp timber to munch away on?

its more to give reassurance that its unlikely to collapse
off course take action to remove the problem but not to panic(y)
