Can convection heaters be fixed?

Got this convection heater . It's stopped working. Tried changing plug's fuse to no avail. Will I have to buy a new one or can it get fixed?

It's too cheap to bother with.

You can look at the controls (not shown in your photo). The rotary timers are not much good
 
Possible thermostat fault or the element has broken.
As stated, cheaper to replace and far safer than messing about with.

The stats fail on them, you should hear a click as you turn it, if not it's failed.
There's also a thermal fuse inside but it's crimped in.
Uneconomical to pay someone to repair really.
There about 30 pound and theres a newer version that has a blow fan.
