Hello

I have a Vaillant VCW combi that feeds 10 rads on a single pipe system. My house is three stories but i do not have a rad in the top room.

My question is will the boiler/pump be capable of supplying another rad up there and if so can i just parallel a set of pipes off the nearest rad (or similar) or do i have to continue the main feed pipe upstairs. The room is used more as a store room and i just want to take the chill off the room so i'm not to fussed if the rad does not get piping hot.

regards
Shamus

you can break into the system insert 2 swept tees and run your pipework to rad as long as you have a vertical rise you should be ok :)
