blue hose i would guess is cold feed - connect this to a cold outlet (some people use hot feed instead, saves the washer heating its own water). White pipe goes to a drain. Plug? i guess you mean a 13A one, not a 32mm one Plug it into a electrical outlet.

don't think so, the water has to get out some how.
