We have an outhouse building attached to the side of the house. The gable end of the house is being re-rendered soon and I would like to also fix the leaky corrugated steel outhouse roof. The sheets are solid but there are a few minor leaks here and there. Tried to trace and repair but no luck. As its pretty solid and has stood up to many a storm (!) I was hoping to fix new sheets over the top of the existing assuming I can find the same profile? Maybe even in the two areas that appear to be letting in water? Is this do-able? If so, how best to attach a new sheet onto the existing steel to ensure it copes with any high winds? What material sheet would you recommend? Many thanks!
