Hi,
I am replacing the decking in my garden as the old one has rotted away. I plan to reuse the paving slabs that were used as the base, and use adjustable risers to mount the decking on to. However the previous homeowners also used a lot of gravel for landscaping in the garden, which I am not fond of and want to get rid off. I can slowly scoop it up and chuck it in a skip but that'll be a lot of effort. I'm wondering if I can sweep it under the decking once I've placed my risers and use it to keep the weed barrier held down as well? It's about 100L worth of gravel and my decking is about 18sqm mounted 300mm off the ground.
