Can somebody indetify this uPVC door hinges ...

Hello I have uPVC door from 2010 with existing hinges installed with doors. Unfortunately up and lowest hinges except middle one broke down with cracks in metal,so I want to replace them but I cannot indetify them or manufacturer .My hinges distance between two screwes which goes into the door is 33mm and most what I can found is 26 or 29 mm,so if somebody can help me to find them or find something similar which I can replace ,thanks!

Looks like a flag hinge. Are you able to photograph the none broken one to perhaps identify the logo? You could also try emailing a specialist firm such as: https://www.double-glazing-parts-spares.co.uk/

Although, the cracked hinges suggest the door has suffered some serious abuse, it is misaligned, or the hinges are just too weak for the weight of the door.
It may be worth further investigation, and/or installing a different model of flag hinge.

Edit:
There appears to be an updated design - the M Tech III, that looks to be a stronger hinge (can support 20kg extra door weight), although further fixing holes may be needed...

Thank you! I think you save me ,but I m not from UK so I can't order from JCP unfortunately,but I ordered this one https://upvcspares4repairs.co.uk/gardinia-schuring-white-brown-flag-upvc-door-hinge.html
It seems to have exact dimensions and I suppose it is spare part ,and I didn't want to go with Tec lll,because I think if I need to drill new holes I would probably mess things up because I never done this.
