Can the clutch be adjusted on an Escort Finesse W plate

I wondering if anyone can tell me if the clutch cable on an Escort Finesse with a W plate can be adjusted or not?

check the top end of the clutch pedal, see if there is a allen bolt comes through, if so adjust the cluch by this. YES there are a few w,x and y reg escorts that you can do this on
