can you leave a rendered wall unpainted

Hi,

Can you leave the external walls of a new house unpainted. We will be builing a new house soon, 2 storey, downstairs brick and upstairs hebel power panel and all the exterior walls (upstairs and downstairs) will be rendered. does it have to be painted?

if not can we get a certain colour?

Yes,you can leave cement rendered walls, internal or external,, unpainted, no problem.
