My sister’s place has aluminium doors fitted with euro cylinder locks. The cylinder sticks out significantly because the doors are thin. Even a cylinder with a 27mm external side (the shortest I’ve found) would still protrude, but does that matter in a metal door?

Would an anti-snap euro cylinder be a security benefit?

Looking at it differently, why do you need a keyhole on the outside?

Eurocylinders are prone to quite a number of unskilled attacks

(Sorry, I was thinking you meant patio doors. Do you mean the front door?)
