Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding Candy CLD 135 washing machine.
There is a problem with drying. Machine spins but the clothes end up wet and cold. So I opened the top and checked everything for resistance with multimeter and everything showed resistance but the two thermostats on top. I pressed manual restart on both and tried to activate drying again. This time the heather turned on and it was really hot but the fan wasnt spining/blowing and heather turned off. I opened the fan chamber to check if there is anything inside but it was all clear and fan is moving freely with hand.
I used the multimeter on fan motor and it does show resistance. What else could I try ?

This is fan motor in question

I checked for voltage, and there is none on fan motor while drying operation is on

Check the wires to the motor.
Your can try testing all resistors and tracks on the board.

If not, then it's probably new PCB time.

There does not appear to be anything on your pics of a component that would switch a fan on/off. Did you trace the cable back from the fan to that pcb?

Hi, I traced cable to back of the machine, and there is this board

Visually it lt looks ok.

I also tried to hook up fan motor directly to 220V, and it works fine

For the relays marked 220V tap them with a screwdriver (from the black top side not under the board ofc!) and see if the motor turns on.

I did that, and fan did start for a few seconds and than stopped again, so it must one of the black relays thats causing the problem.

Take a picture of under the relay and upload it here..

Also take a closer picture of the relay controlling the fan.
