Candy grand o vita washing machine

Hi, can anyone help? Washing machine has a flashing display screen on and off for the last week, then seems to sort itself out and I can run it.
Today however it’s not running at all.
Not sure what the flashing display means. I can’t upload a video so have used photos but it’s continuously flashing in this order.

I managed to zoom into one of your photos to get the right Candy washer (GV 148 D3W) and found the following manual online

Page 20 of the manual lists some error codes. Unfortunately none relevant to the flashing display you are experiencing.

Possibly a component failure I don't know but there's some videos on You Tube:
