My daughter has just taken over a Candy FP815x oven. The indicator panel flashes but she can't get it to turn on. i.e. There are two long push buttons either side of the other buttons which are thermostat dial and function dial which I think are meant to come forward when you push them so they can rotate to setting required. Pushing either button nothing happens! What are we doing wrong? I did try to contact Candy but keep being put in a Q for 40 Mins then disconnected on a 0870 number!
