Cannon unit 600 deluxe hob spares

Hi there.
I am trying to obtain a gas burner cap for a Cannon unit 600 Deluxe gas hob. The model does not appear to be listed on the espares site and I have emailed them with a query, but I was wondering if anyone knows if it is known by another model number? The only other information I have is a number in the oven that is:

CAT1N 11 13 60

I know, it's nearly 30 years old!
