I am trying to make the switches smart. Here is one 3 gang switch box which controls porch light, hallway light and stairs (2 more switches upstairs which control the same stair lights).
I could not understand the wiring here as everything is brown and the blue ones (guess'd neutral) are inside the box (not sure if they are terminated).

I'm also unsure what smart switch should this work with.

Please help me here
Thanks

Smart switches are rarely two way, there are some around, but even when they are two way, often one needs a master and a slave, but there is no need to have two way switching with smart switches anyway, but the way I did it was to have a smart relay, as it does not matter if switches on or off, the relay detects change of state.

Only this 1732927351932.png switch of the three seems to be two way, and it seems to be wired

as shown, not the way I would normally with two way switches, switch you show seems to be left hand switch. Since you have a neutral it seems you can use Chinese switches, there are not many which are 3 gang, so the switches I would normally use TP-Link will not work for you as only 2 gang.

I assume you mean 2 way switching, the switch is in either of two positions, three way would need a switch with three positions.

Thanks for the reply. Yes the last one you showed is the one that controls the stairs lights (which are in turn controlled by two more switches upstairs).

Sorry i did not understand about the relay you were saying. Could you please point me to some that i can look into.

Why is my switches have all brown wires, does this mean all are live?

Any other smart switches that might work with this. I cannot install anything on the roof as they are ceiling lights.

I looked at the link you posted, and I don't think it will work with your stairs light and the other switches which you say are 2 way without a bit of re-wiring. The good news is you have a neutral at your switch which makes "smart switches" possible.
However! My advice would be to ignore the switches and look at smart lights/bulbs/lamps rather than smart switches. Keep all your existing switches and wiring and change the bulb(s).

@mikeyd there around 30 ceiling lights in the whole house. 6 for only stairs and landing.

Not sure would that be in budget to replace the lights with smart ones.
