I have a constantly dropping pressure dial on my boiler (Potterton Performa 24 Eco HE) and I cannot find the source of the leak.
It had a slow leak for quite a long time but now it drops from 1.5 to 0 in 2-3 days.
I had the PRV changed but that hasn't fixed the issue.
There's never been any sign of water on ceilings, floors or walls but it could be on the ground floor somewhere (I have lifted boards and don't expect there's a dodgy pipe).
The heating engineer has said it's probably the heat exchanger but I've been quoted quite a lot to fix it so hoping I can establish its definitely that to blame.
Anyway I can test it?
