To re-pressurise I assume you mean.
The braided hose is the filling loop, turn on both the valves (screwdriver slots in line with the pipe on, across off) and turn off when between 1 and 1.5 bar on the gauge.
The valve on the right looks a bit mangled though so make sure you use a well fitting screwdriver.
