Bought a reduced oak bedroom wardrobe. I need to source a swan neck 35mm blum type hinge 90 deg opener. Instead of flush opener the door opens and swings inside the cabinet. the swan neck is 15mm from straight - gratfull for any replies. fred
Thanks for the reply but no not from ikea, These hinges are in solid oak doors but to clear a wood member frame they need to swing inside I have 4 hinges but could do with the missing 2 for the weight. The doors are 25mm thick. Not come acroos this type of inside swanneck before and I build up quite afew Kitchen/bedroom, I'v done the usual trawling through B&Q screwfix howdends google and filled.
thanks Jason there is a ref number in the cup SZCF. the hinge is like a normal 35mm clip hinge with the closing spring but instead of a straight arm a 15mm swan neck! thanks for your help.
second repy to jason thanks, armed with the number in the cup and the net - found the hinges in china of course, now do you know how much delivery is from china. thanks.
So its not a Blum hinge but a far eastern consealed hinge.
Its either going to be a case of changing all the hinges and mounting polates as its unlikely the pivot points will match a Blum inset hinge or get the ones from china if they will supply just two.
