Cant lock these handles

Managed to lock one by turning key 90 degrees but all the others don't work or have lost the key. Is the lock broken?

They new ones. Cheap enough and get a key with everyone. Normally all the keys are the same so you just need the one.
Some need button pushing in to lock while others you turn key to lock

Some new some old.

Got this handle which seems permanently locked. Any idea, how to get it off? Cant open it or window for last 3 yrs .hacksaw?

Looks like the 2 pin keys. You can buy many of the keys off ebay.

Also videos on YouTube so take a look and see if one of of those will work for you. Here is one
