Cap sheet adhesive recommendations

If there is wet present, ex-foam may do the trick as a temporary measure? My only worry would be wind lift on any temporary fix. Why not just tarp it?

Polymer mastic like CT1.
Can get specific branded black roof mastic but most is white
Will stick in wet. Demos sticking under water

It is already tarped but that's causing leaks elsewhere and the gusts are stressing me out. I'm going with Wayners advice and going to use some CT1/OB1.

I had a leaking felt roof and used Evercryl on it. Quoted £800 to re-felt it. I painted Evercryl over the crack, and put an extra strip of felt (which I had in stock) on top and stuck it on with more Evercryl. Cost me about £30 and it's been OK for 4 years.
