I realise this is a long shot, but if you don't ask ..
The touch screen on my Xtrons PF7146BS android head unit (installed by a PO back in 2016) loses the screen display shortly after switching on the ignition, but annoyingly all functions including the steer & cell 'phone controls continue to work faultlessly.

Could this be a screen fault, if so has anyone replaced one of these & how difficult was it?

Normally these are throw away type units, sorry i cant help much.
That's the trouble with today's attitude, nobody wants to repair anything anymore or demands so much money to do so that it's cheaper to buy new again.
Rather than pay hundreds of pounds for a new audio I'll put the money into keeping the car on the road.
