Hi everyone,

I just replaced a metal coolant pipe to my turbo on a Vauxhall Zafira gsi, 1998 cc turbo, petrol approx 105 k mileage.

I had to take the turbo, manifold and I believe the start of the cat? When I had assembled it all again and turned the engine over, it sounds terrible, could this be that the cat isn't located in to the turbo housing correctly?

Thanks,
Bob

Put everything back and double check the plastic intake piping and airbox/filter, hasn't come adrift.

Is it down on power?
