got a 96 jetta with a 2.0 i cant get the axels off the tranny the interal screws on the axels are stripped the bolts are complety round so thats my problem

If you mean removing the driveshafts from the transmission, on vw's they are normally "round" bolts with internal "spline" (not allen key type but multi spline) can sometimes be moved with "mole" grips

Yep, as above need a torx bit to undo them. Make sure you hammer it right in tight as they have a habit of shearing the splines off.
Easiest way to do it is with a few long extension bars on an impact driver
