Carpet advise ??

Is this the place to ask about a carpet ? If not does anyone know where on the net i may get an answer about a carpet.

We are thinking about buying a Manx eco carpet which is made from plastic fibres. Here is a link http://www.manxcarpets.co.uk/collections/eco/

I wondered what they are like with wear and tear etc. It looks nice and feels good quality, but it is much cheaper than wool.

Man Made fibre carpets are very hard wearing, durable and easy to clean as they are naturally stain resistsant. In the longer term, they wont keep their appearance as well as a wool rich carpet, they tend to flatten and show pressure and foot traffic marks and they don't usually feel as nice as wool rich product.

Pop into your local independent flooring specialist and they will show you the differences.
