Carpet laying- how much?

I am renovating a house to sell (deceased estate). I already have the right sized pieces of carpet for the 2 bedrooms that need re-carpeting.

They're 2750mm x 3050mm, and
3100mm x 4000mm, both perfect rectangles plus doorway.

The underlay seems sound and still springy, and the stretcher strips are in place and intact.

They are in Wilts, 12 miles from Southampton.

How much would you expect to pay to get these carpets laid, please?

Paid direct to fitter, £40 per room if you are supplying the underlay and gripper and door thresholds.
