Couldn't find a suitable category so I've posted here.

Has anyone used carpets made by Cormar?

Just want to get an idea of the quality.

The one I'm interested in is a 44oz.

You should go to carpet right - very occasionally they have a sale on :ROFLMAO:

When I was looking for carpets, I also was interested in Cormar carpets.
I went to my local independent carpet shop, they only have two branches.
The manager showed me three big rolls of carpet that they had on a display stand. It was unbranded carpet but he explained that it was the equivalent of the big brands but, because they don't have a massive choice it comes at a better price. I bought wool carpet for the whole house.
I went back there two years later to buy carpet for a flat and asked for the same carpet. The same manager advised me no to buy the stuff I had in my house to put in a flat and showed me another carpet, again unbranded and from a big roll.
He could have made much more money out of me but his knowledge and honesty was much appreciated and I know where I'll be going if I ever want another carpet.

I have Cormar Apollo carpets. Happy with them. I think there are several quality grades, I got the better one for lounge, lesser for bedrooms.
Happy with them.

Pointless BS

It's not just the brand you need to look at but the pile etc and tie it in with the room - the backing is important as is the underlayer you are to use.
Always look at the carpet adn colour in natual light
