Cavendish CSH20 series E, stopped working,checked the power supply, plug and fuse in plug O/K. Do anyone know what the problem could be. P.S plenty of power going to the back of the fire, but nothing working.

Are you checking voltages with a multi meter? Are you sure the neutral leg is OK? If yes then it could be a burnt/broken wire or even the circuit board but I doubt anyone here will be able to pinpoint the fault remotely.
