Cavity ventilation

Hello first time post
I have a 1920s detached house which i pressume had wood suspened floors and at some point now have solid concrete floors.
My question is does my un-insulated cavities need the air bricks outside to allow the cavity wall to breath or should these be blocked up as the suspended floors are now concrete floors.

Wall cavities are not vented.
