Cavity vs single skin timber frame

Hello all,

I've got an outbuilding to price for where the customer would like a single skin timber frame construction but the brickie wants to do a cavity wall.

Whats the pros and cons of each?

Pro for single skin timber frame is more space inside for the same overall footprint. Cons. The brickie is looking for a job and joinery may not be his thing!

Why not quote (or pass on it) for what the customer is asking for!
