Cavity Wall Insulation & Air Bricks

I am thinking of having cavity wall insulation installed, but wondered if I should seal the air vents on the upper floor of the house. As they are obviously draughty in the winter i wondered if I could block them up prior to having the cavity wall insulated?

I realise the under floor vents on the ground floor must be maintained for air flow purposes.

You could put a "hit & miss" cover on the inside. Then you have the option of opening them if you want/need to.

Thanks RH. That is similar to what I already have.

I suppose I could remove it, and fill beind with rockwool and replace the vent. The rockwool could be removed at a later date if need be?
