Cavity Wall Ties

Hi, Im thinking about having my wall ties done on my house and was wondering if anyone knows how much it would cost for an end terrace 3 bed constructed @1930's. While im about it also want to have the external wall rendered and do you know the average cost for this as well!!

Look at the example:

The first of these uses the tag, whatever you type after the = sign will cause the contents of that tag to act as a URL.

So in English, you go to the page you want to link to and copy the url from the address bar. You type but paste the copied url after the = sign but before the ]
You then type the word you want displayed such as here then type

Good point Pete. Back to the wall ties then. Is there evidence of the mortar joints splitting because rust has made the steel ties expand or have you looked into the cavity?
