CCTV - how do you get two screens connected

Hi all
My question is how do you get two screens connected to all CCTV camera as I have a shop I would like a screen by the enterance and one by the checkout but the one by the enterance I would like it to be connected to dvr but just showing the picture of the camera which is also showing people coming in and out of shop .
I know if I use a splitter both screens shop same picture which I font want .

Does your DVR not have a second monitor output, sometimes known as a "spot" output? It can be programmed to show a single camera, or sequence a couple cameras, completely independent of the main monitor output.

Or, use a splitter to split the actual composite signal from the required camera (splitting it at the DVR would be the easiest location usually). A powered splitter would be best.
