CCTV PTZ PC access software

Ive just installed a new floureon PTZ sd17w camera.
I can access it via the IP address and via an app on my phone. Ive got a SD card fitted 32G which I can see is fitted as the settings say so.
However I am trying to find out what software program I need to access the playback of the data on the SD card. Accessing via the IP address on my browser wont access the playback feature.
Ive got HIP2P client and IP client but this doesnt access the actual info on the cameras Sd card either.
Ive looked on the disk that came with the camera but it only has a IP client software which ive loaded.
Any ideas what software I could use.

Most common issue with playback not working from the SD card is ....it wasn't formatted by the device
