I have a DVD (yes I loaded it by mistake!!) stuck in my changer. The normal eject button doesn't eject it - I just hear a "spinning" noise - How can I get it out?
MORE INFO. The unit works for all the other 5 discs. They eject & load, it's just that one disc that wont come out.
It should not matter if its a DVD or not, it should still eject.
Is it an in dash stand alone VW single CD player or the 6 disc? If its the VW single CD player you can remove the CD unit and unplug/replug it in and it should automatically eject the disc, If you don`t want to remove the unit its self the removing/replacing the battery negative lead will have the same effect. Not sure about the in dash VW 6 disc changer unit. If you have the original VW headunit it should learn the radio code from the vehicle CCM via CAN
