CDA Dishwasher decor panel interchangeability?

The existing (CDA MX194) is about 8 years old. Potential replacement (CDA WC140) is one year old. I assume the machine size is standard, i.e. 60 cm cabinet, but what are the chances of being able to take the decor panel off the old one and have it (a) fit the newer one and (b) fit into the space in the kitchen?

I haven't done this before so wondered what degree of commonality there is.

If it's fully integrated, as in the door covers the entire front of the dishwasher, then the existing door will fit onto the new dishwasher, or any other integrated dishwasher of the same width.
Screw locations may differ, but they are generally supplied with a template for drilling the appropriate holes.
