I have the CDA oven dc940wh/1 and need to replace the two lower inner glass retainer clips on the lower oven. I identify the parts on the CDA website using the oven model number, but the parts are wrong - they don't fit. I fix the situation by taking the clips out of the top oven, and they fit in the lower oven perfectly. Easy, I think - all I need to do now is order the clips for the top oven and I have my set. I go onto the CDA website - but they are also the wrong clips! It's also the wrong clips on HomeSpares and a couple of other sites. How can I find what the right ones are if CDA themslves have the wrong answer?
