Ceiling peeling in en-suite

Peeling ceiling due to teenager not listening to me about windows/fans :rolleyes:
Anyway, advice on fixing ? (ceiling, not teenager)

Peeling due to plaster not being primed/mist coated prior to painting. Not necessarily the teenager.

Strip all off, sand the plaster, prime the plaster, paint with a mist coat, then paint final coat of soft sheen white. Get bathroom paint if you wish, but many think its the same thing for more money (branding)

Yes , get as much off as possible or get it all off ...might be hard if some has bonded

I would prime with a mist coat and ease another coat , slightly thinned on top

Then straight emulsion till it looks OK
