Does anyone know the weight limit for a shade hanging on a standard ceiling pendant? a friend's heavy glass light fitting just fell from the ceiling pulling out the cable, and he wants it replaced with a pendant that will take the weight. Any suggestions? - thanks
most heavy light fitting come with a chain to take the weight, suggest you get one of these you can get them in any lighting store. Make sure the fitting is screwed into a joist in the ceiling
