Cement boarding

I have this cement boarding around the cupboard where my cold water tank is situated. It is a flat and the cupboard is where the service riser comes through the building.

Can you tell from the pictures if it is likely to be cement board with asbestos? It has a sort of sparkly specs in it and you can see in the second photo, where I have added a red arrow that it is blue in colour on the side of that panel.

Impossible to say from those pics.

If the flat was built or converted pre 2000 it could be asbestos board. Don’t drill or cut it without having it tested

it was built by the council between 1971 and 1975 as it is an ex-local property.
