MY BOILER WHEN SWITCHED ON AT MAINS WILL RUN, HOWEVER WHEN TURNED OFF AT PROGRAMMER IT STILL RUNS. NEW PROGRAMMER AND IT STILL RUNS CONSTANTLY. DISCONNECT PROGRAMMER AND IT STILL RUNS CONSTANTLY.......HELP

First turn off your caps lock

sounds like a stuck valve to me or possibly a stuck micro switch in its actuator

this could be a faulty syncrone motor in your zone valve.
