My central heating isnt working and the controller has just gone blank, it let me reset once then the display got more and more faint till it disappeared! whats gone wrong and what can i do? IM COLD!
There is a possibilty power supply to controller is stopped by faulty connection. Need to take cover off and check with neon screwdriver choc block is OK.
Need a wiring diagram probably inside lid to check if thermostats are working.
depending if the programmer is mains powered with alkaline ,lithiam or rechargeable . they could pe at the end of there life . firtly check if power is present at clocks mains terminals i could give you more info but req the clock type and model..
