I have a Worcester Bosch 24i boiler. It is fitted with the standard facia mounted 24 hour clockwork programmer and also a simple hard wired analogue room thermostat.
I would like to be able to programme the heating over a 7 day cycle as I am often not at home for several days a week.
Is the simplest way to do this to replace the room thermostat with a modern programmable thermostat and simply leave the control on the boiler set to permanantly on? Then do all the programming on the room stat?
