Hi, i have a Baxi combi 105e boiler. When i turn on the hot water it takes ages arox 4-5 mins for it to get up to temperature and also heats the central heating system at the same time, hence the delay for hot water. The boiler doesn't call for central heating only hot water. Can anyone help me with this as i am out of my depth. cheers.

The diverter valve requires an overhaul.It can be DIY but a trained serviceman could do that in about an hour
